The Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership is working with businesses to feed their concerns about the current situation back to Local and National Government
Brighton & Hove City Council adopted the Brighton & Hove City Plan Part Two (“City Plan Part Two”) on 20 October 2022 in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
The Proposed Submission City Plan Part Two was submitted for examination 13 May 2021. Inspector Ms R Barrett, MRTPI IHBC was appointed by the Secretary of State to hold an independent examination of the City Plan Part 2.
The Proposed Submission City Plan Part Two was approved at full Council on 23rd April and a 10 week period of consultation will run from September 7th to October 30th.
The formal public consultation on the City Plan Part 2 is now proposed to start on Monday 7th September 2020 and will run until 23.59 on Friday 30th October 2020.
