City Plan Part 2: Notification of Publication of Inspector’s Report
The Proposed Submission City Plan Part Two was submitted for examination 13 May 2021. Inspector Ms R Barrett, MRTPI IHBC was appointed by the Secretary of State to hold an independent examination of the City Plan Part 2.
The Council received the Inspector’s Final Report on the Examination of the City Plan Part Two on 19 July 2022. The Inspector’s assessment, her recommendations and her reasons for her recommendations are contained within the Report and its appended Schedule of Main Modifications.
The Inspector’s Report concludes that subject to a number of main modifications set out in the Appendix to her Report, the City Plan Part Two is sound, legally compliant and capable of adoption.
