BHEP

The Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership is a group of over 50 individuals from the private, public and voluntary sectors who come together to support the economic prosperity of the city and wider city region.

Originally created in the early 2000s, by the then Region Development Agency SEEDA, it continues to robustly debate the issues around housing, transport, jobs, connectivity and skills. It works with the city council to create the Economic Strategy for Brighton & Hove, acting as a 'critical friend' and supporting the strategic direction the city has taken for over the last 23 years.

The Executive Team

The Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership executive team is made from a body elected from the full partnership.  The role of the group is to create the work plan for the partnership and is suppored by the Executive Director.
