Brighton & Hove City Council want to businesses are correctly awarded discounts. As such, they are undertaking a review on all businesses who are currently in receipt of small business rates relief.

Emails and letters, regarding this review, began to be sent out to businesses from Friday 8th August 2025.

If you are eligible and wish to continue receiving the discount, please follow the instruction on the letter or email that you receive.
