Over the last 13 years, the Brighton & Hove Living Wage Campaign – run by the team at Brighton Chamber – has seen nearly 1,000 employers sign up, helping to elevate over 5,000 salaries since it began in 2012.
Each year, the Chamber team asks Living Wage employers why they joined the campaign and what impact it’s had on their business. You can read the full report below, but one thing was clear - that although times are tough for businesses at the moment, Brighton’s community of Living Wage employers still think the campaign is important for the city, their employees - and the right thing to do!
