How to become a Certified B Corporation : Virtual Q&A: tips to help you understand the process
B Corp is a global movement to make businesses a force for good.
Through a certification process, businesses measure their organisation's entire social and environmental impact and become part of the globally recognised group of companies that can call themselves a B Corp.
To talk about what’s involved in the process, how businesses can start and what help is available, Fiona Ras-Jones, Founder and Director of Make Impact will join us in conversation with Amy Lishman, Head of Member Engagement at Brighton Chamber on Wed, 19 Oct.
We’ll cover topics including:
• What is a B Corp?
• What is the process and what’s involved?
• How long does the certification process take?
• What are the benefits of becoming a B Corp?
• What approaches can you take to get the certification and embed It in the business?
• What makes a successful B Corp? – beyond the certification
• Are there any alternatives for businesses who want to be more responsible?
There will be the opportunity to ask questions both in advance and during the event.
