Workplace Health & Wellbeing Funding 2022
2022 provides you with the opportunity to start planning, reflect, and reshape your workplace and its health and wellbeing offer. Now is important more than ever to look at a workplace wellbeing offer reflecting on the impact the pandemic has had on our work life and personal health. It is important for us to support our wellbeing at work and prevent burnout.
The Workplace Health and Wellbeing funding aims to improve the health and wellbeing of those working in the City. By raising awareness and providing opportunities for workplaces to pilot health promoting initiatives that will lead to the development of a healthier workforce. Funding guidance and application form attached and the deadline is Monday 7th March 2022.

What will the grants scheme fund?
The funding is available for programmes aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of employees particularly around emotional health & wellbeing/ building resilience, tackling isolation and promoting team building, and physical activity. The funding can be for one of the specific areas of health improvement or more than one area.
How much funding can a workplace apply for?
The innovation fund provides businesses and charities in the city with the opportunity to apply for up to a maximum of £500 to pilot a workplace health & wellbeing programme that aims to address one or more of the above themes.
Up to:
£200 for small workplaces = up to 49 employees
£300 for medium workplaces = 51 – 250 employees
£400 for large workplaces = 251 – 500 employees
£500 for large workplaces = 500+ employees
Note: This can be match funded by other funding streams or can subsidise activities for staff.
