The City Council is working with workplaces to increase access to Covid vaccinations for employees and the wider local population.
Brighton and Hove city council want to offer smaller businesses who might be interested in providing space for their employees and those of their neighbouring businesses. The focus up to now has been mostly on volume through current sites but additional resources have now been put in place and BHCC are keen to develop Pop-Up initiatives with a number of employers.
The ‘pop-up’ would require a dedicated area including desk and seating area for seven as a waiting/post treatment rest area. Vaccinations could be first, second or boosters. Alternatively, the mobile unit is ambulance sized so would require a dedicated suitable hard standing if needed. BHCC can provide either ‘pop-up’ over a number of dates to take account of shift/work patterns.
The service will of course be free of charge.
