Q & A: How to get your business to Net Zero
More businesses are taking steps towards becoming Carbon Net Zero. There is a growing awareness with the publishing of Climate Change 2021: the Physical Science Basis by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and COP26 The UN Climate Change Conference taking place in Glasgow in November. But how easy is it to achieve Carbon Net Zero, why is it worth investing time and resources and where to start?
There are Brighton based businesses who have forged ahead and have lessons to share about their journey to net zero and beyond.
On 14 September, 1-2 pm, Brighton Chamber’s CEO, Sarah Springford, will be joined by Steve Creed Sustainability Professional and Sam Zindel Managing Director of Propellernet. During this 60-minute virtual session we’ll discuss what is Carbon Net Zero, why a business might want to work towards achieving it and how to make a start.
