Have your say on improving travel for everyone in a more inclusive and liveable city

The council is currently developing two important plans for the city: their fifth Local Transport Plan (LTP5) and their Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP). Consultation has now launched on these plans and they’d love to hear what you think.

BHCC are promoting the consultation in various ways across the city and inviting everyone to have their say. They have published a document which will form the basis of their Local Transport Plan 5 (LTP5). They have now also published their draft Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP), which sets out strategic plans for improving the walking and cycling environment in the city.

General information about the consultation can be found on the One Journey Better page and the consultation survey can be found on the consultation portal. The survey is open until 15 November 2021.

You are also invited to general stakeholder workshops to hear more about the plans and have your say:

• Tuesday 12 October 10am-11.30am

• Thursday 28 October 2pm-3.30pm
