From Brighton with Love - Your Questions Answered: Employing non-UK citizens here and abroad

The UK’s new immigration system is now in place and employers are getting to grips with what it means for existing employees and job applicants.

In this session we will help you understand what is needed for both groups and how employers can navigate the process and meet the needs of their businesses.

On Wednesday 27 October, from 1 - 2 pm, Brighton Chamber CEO, Sarah Springford will be joined by Ian Robinson, Partner at Fragomen, Immigration attorneys, solicitors, and consultants worldwide .

We will be answering questions on and covering topics including:

• Hiring locally and right to work:

o What to do, what information to store

o How to help European hires who haven’t applied under EUSS

o Recruiting students

o Recruiting workers who are already sponsored

• How to hire non-UK nationals who are living outside of the UK:

o Sponsor Licence applications

o Skilled Worker / ICT applications
