Your Questions Answered (virtual): How do you access a Free Trade Agreement?
From the 1st January 2021 all UK businesses will be operating under different trade agreements and this will mean getting to grips with a number of issues in terms of reporting and record keeping.
On Thursday 18 Feb, from 1 - 2 pm, Brighton Chamber CEO Sarah Springford will be joined by Lesley Batchelor OBE, CEO of International Trade Experts Ltd, which runs the ExportBootCamp series of workshops.
We’ll cover topics including:
• What is a Free Trade Agreement and how they operate?
• How does the WTO’s Most Favoured Nation tariff work ?
• How do you know where the Origin of your goods is legally?
• Rules of Origin and how to analyse and calculate this
• Recordkeeping to support my declared origin for my goods
• More paperwork
• Do I have to use a Free Trade Agreement?
