The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and South East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network warmly invites you to attend a Business Reception focused on apprenticeships. If you employ, or are considering employing, an apprentice in the Greater Brighton and Hove area this networking event is for you. SME’s are the stalwart of apprenticeships, of the 101,860 unique employer apprenticeship starts in 2016/17, 77% were small employers with less than 49 staff. At the Business Reception you will meet local businesses that have recruited apprentices, find out about available funding and how you can access further help and support. Attendees will also be able to stay for the city Apprenticeship Graduation.
The event takes place in National Apprenticeship Week. This annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships brings the whole apprenticeship community together to celebrate the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy and will seek to encourage even more people to choose apprenticeships as a fast-track to a great career
