Ed Allison-Wright is a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Town Planner. He runs his own consultancy and is also a Director at Fairhomes Group of Companies, an international real estate developer and investor, with a property portfolio in Brighton & Hove.

Ed is a board member for the Brighton & Hove Strategic Housing Partnership on behalf of the BHEP and has also previously Chaired the Brighton & Hove Learning, Skills and Employment Partnership. He has direct experience in leading regeneration projects in Brighton & Hove and has had past involvement in a number of key sites in the City.

Ed is a founding partner of the ‘Construction Voice’ events, delivered in partnership with Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce and providing a debating platform for the construction and property industry in Brighton & Hove and wider Sussex. He has also supported the UK-wide charity, Young Enterprise as a Business Adviser to one of the UK’s leading schools, Brighton College; co-founded an employment focused initiative for the local construction industry that was endorsed by Central Government (named ‘Want to Work in Construction’) and was a key member of a successful EU-funded Pop-Up Shop initiative for start-up retailers, with Brighton & Hove City Council.
