Q & A (virtual): Managing teams remotely
Q & A (virtual): Managing teams remotely
Brighton Chamber has a whole host of members who can offer expert help at a time like this and Claire Carson is a great example. Claire, an HR Consultant for Cognitive Law, will chat with Amy Lishman from Brighton Chamber about work remotely and how best to manage your teams.
We’ll talk about and cover topics including:
• What are the differences between managing people in person and managing remotely?
• What should I do if people can’t work from home?
• How do I know if people are being productive?
• How can I connect with team members if they are working remotely?
• What should I do if they aren’t joining in virtual meetings and calls? • How do I manage difficult conversations/disciplinary/redundancy remotely?
You can send your questions in advance to Daisy – daisy@brightonchamber.co.uk and they will be the opportunity to submit questions at the session.
It’s on 8 Oct, 1 pm-2 pm and you’ll join virtually.
For more info and to book you free place here. This event is supported by the Coast to Capital Growth Hub.
