Help shape the city’s future visitor economy

Brighton & Hove’s visitor economy is a significant contributor to employment and attracts millions of visitors annually. This presents an opportunity for you to play a key role in fostering sustainable growth, urban regeneration, and strengthening our position as a leading creative destination.

BHCC seek to engage with partners throughout the city who are deeply committed to the visitor economy. The City Council recognises the challenges associated with delivering in a global city subject to diverse and competing priorities and are eager to collaborate with partners to ensure we are prepared for future developments and to jointly deliver on shared objectives and responsibilities.

You are invited to join this February as BHCC develop the City's four-year strategic plan for the visitor economy.

Upon conclusion of this process and in alignment with collective goals and responsibilities, BHCC will share the completed four-year plan designed to achieve sustainable growth of the visitor economy in Brighton & Hove and the wider region.

• Monday 9 Feb, 13:00–15:00 – The Wing, Brighton Centre – VisitBrighton Partners

• Tuesday 10 Feb, 10:00–12:00 – Maldron Hotel, Canon Place –VisitBrighton Partners

• Wednesday 11 Feb, 13:00–15:00 – Leonardo Hotel, Brighton Station – city-wide partners with an interest in the visitor economy.

• Online: Thursday 12 Feb, 10:00-12:00 – city-wide partners with an interest in the visitor economy.

Spaces are limited so please book your place via Visitor Economy Stakeholder Engagement Sessions | Eventbrite, with one representative per organisation registering. An agenda and information pack will be shared ahead of the session.
