As part of the BHCC Safer, Better Streets Programme, officers are planning to make key safety improvements to 4 areas in the city:
• Silverdale Road/ Old Shoreham Road
• Court Farm Road (west of Nevill Close)
• Holmes Avenue/ Cranmer Avenue junction
• Surrenden Road/ Surrenden Holt and Varndean College entrance
These works aim to improve the existing infrastructure to support safer and more accessible journeys for pedestrians, cyclists and other road users.
Before these changes are made, BHCC want to make sure they consider any particular issues or concerns. They are therefore seeking your feedback on any issues you face when travelling through any of these locations. This will help inform their final designs.
