Big news for Brighton & Hove as Latest TV has its broadcasting licence renewed by Ofcom
until the end of 2034. Ofcom has posted the reasons on its website and we agree with all
of them!
Ofcom particularly picked out our investment in local programming and we are proud too of
our films now watched by millions across the world. Ofcom also cited the success of our
training courses working with the DWP (Department of Work and Pensions) which has seen
thousands of people trained and many in jobs. We love to see former staff and our current
on-screen staff become household names on TV.

Plus the Local TV showcase produced by Latest TV for the UK Local TV network:
Lastest TV is proud to be partnered with their major sponsor, Brighton Palace Pier and would like to thank Chief Executive, Anne Ackord, for providing Latest TV with a remarkable TV and film-set, because as everyone knows, Brighton is known across the world for Brighton Palace Pier. In addition, many of their latest Music grassroots gigs now take place on the pier.
Here is an example of a film made on the pier by Latest TV which has been watched by millions:
Brighton Palace Pier is local and global and increasingly so are we. Here is a feature with a

Latest TV also thank St George’s Church Community Centre for hosting their brilliant TV studios where we cover big breaking news stories and community stories:
