Sussex Energy Forum: Survey & Invite to Wed 9th July Workshop

Last year the Greater Brighton Economic Board launched the Sussex Energy Mission, an ambition for Sussex to increase the amount of zero-carbon energy produced in the region and at the same time reduce the demand for energy, to achieve energy neutrality by 2040. Sussex Energy has been designed as a mission to drive regional collaboration aimed at accelerating low carbon energy work.

Sussex Energy is setting up a Forum – a community of people working on low carbon energy solutions in Sussex who want to strengthen their connections to accelerate their work and to co-create Sussex Energy - a regional collaboration aiming to achieve energy neutrality by 2040. The first meeting of the Forum is being held on Wed July 9th 2-5pm at the University of Sussex. It will focus on building connections and explore the challenges in rolling out low carbon energy work where Sussex Energy could add value. If you would like to participate in this, please register here. It is free but space is limited.

To help inform the agenda on 9th July and the priorities for the Sussex Energy work, please take 10 mins to complete the survey here by Friday June 20th.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but want to be part of the Forum please fill in this form to keep connected: Request form to join the forum.
