Sussex Chamber of Commerce is inviting employers like you to share your views as part of Future Skills Sussex – the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP).
This is your opportunity to directly influence how colleges, universities and training providers across Sussex plan and deliver the skills that businesses need most.
To support this work, Sussex Chamber has partnered with Trifle Solutions, a dedicated Research Centre, to carry out short telephone interviews with employers across all sectors.
They’ll be speaking to a representative sample of businesses over the coming weeks to understand current recruitment challenges, workforce skills gaps and future priorities.
By taking part, you will:
• Help shape the next Sussex LSIP (2026–2029), ensuring that training provision meets real business needs.
• Influence how public funding and education policy respond to the skills challenges facing your sector.
• Contribute to a stronger, more productive Sussex economy.
Interviews take around 15–20 minutes and can be arranged at a time convenient to you. All feedback will be treated in confidence and reported anonymously.
