Consultation open! Draft Brighton & Hove Cost of Living Plan

Following the success of the Cost of Living summit in January and ongoing work across the city, the City Council Draft Brighton & Hove Cost of Living plan (brighton-hove.gov.uk) is currently out for consultation until 31st October.

The goal is for Brighton and Hove to be a fairer and more inclusive city where everyone can thrive.

The council has committed to doing everything within its power to reduce inequality and tackle poverty, exacerbated by the current cost of living crisis.

The draft plan sets out the council’s initial approach. It is a call to action to all partners to work with them, to bring their ideas, expertise and combine resources to collectively meet the challenge.

The council is keen to hear about your experiences and ideas to help shape our Brighton & Hove Cost of Living Plan.

Please can you respond to the consultation on behalf of your organisation and circulate across your networks, to help get as much feedback as possible.

Please contact Becky Pratley at becky.pratley@brighton-hove.gov.uk if you have any questions.
