Learn the basics of project management: The keys to planning and completing successful projects in your business

Every business has projects that need to be managed – but not everyone is a project manager. If the world of project management seems mystifying, and you’re not sure where to start, let along get a project delivered on time and budget, this workshop is for you.

Join Brighton Chamber’s Bite-sized Learning event on 30 June: Project management basics, run by Norma Kimber from Pink Spaghetti – taking you step-by-step through the project milestones you need to plan, and the tools and skills you need to use.

In this virtual session, you’ll learn:

• The definition of a project: what a project is, and what a project isn’t

• Key steps and tips for defining and planning a project

• The process of managing a project, including tools and advice on how to do it

• How to close a project, and what comes after it’s completed
