On Your Feet Britain is a FREE and FUN way to reboot and energize your workplace habits. Being more active is a great way to improve our mood, feel more connected and feel our best!
On your Feet At Work
Make a pledge to stand or move more at work. This can be as a team challenge or can be just for you! You can do it just for one day or do the whole week whether you in an office or out about anyone can take part. Choose your challenge and complete your or your teams pledge card and share on our pledge board.
1. Sit less challenge - pledge how many hours you will stand for
2. Move more challenge - pledge how many minutes you will move for
3. 7 day physical activity at work challenge: Complete an active at work challenge each day from Monday 25th – Sunday 29th April 2022
