Brighton & Hove Council - “Don’t miss out on Restart grant payments”
If you are waiting on an outstanding claim for a Restart grant, it may be because the city council needs some information from you to complete.
Please check your email in-boxes and spam/folders to see if you have been contacted to ask for additional or missing information.
The grants emails will be from noreply@brighton-hove.gov.uk with the subject line ‘You’ve received a message from Brighton & Hove City Council.’ Business rates emails will be from NNDR@brighton-hove.gov.uk.
Please use the link in the message to send in your information. This will ensure it goes into the file with the rest of your claim.
It is important that the Council gets your missing details by 23 July so they can review the information and decide on individual claims before the end of the month.
Any applicants who do not provide the information asked for in time will miss out on funding they may otherwise have been eligible for.
The government has set a final deadline of 31 July after which the council will be unable to make further payments.
Brighton and Hove City Council has around 140 claims where we need further information, so please reply as soon as possible. BHCC want to make sure they get a Restart Grant to every eligible business in Brighton & Hove to support their re-opening.
