*Reminder* Brighton’s economy – what next?

Brighton’s economy – what next?

A question that is very much on all our minds right now. We are all keen to know how the city’s different sectors and spaces will open up, how the recovery is going and what will the longer-term outcomes look like.

On Thursday 10 June at 3pm, the Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership (BHEP), along with Brighton Chamber have brought our two organisations together to host our third in the series of special meetings where the wider business community can put their questions to local business leaders.

As we move into the new post-Covid world, it is more important than ever that the business community work together as we navigate uncharted territory and grasp the opportunity to create a city of the future.

Our panel are experts in their field and ready to share their thoughts and findings and all of whom have a unique perspective on what that new normal will look like.

Chaired by Dean Orgill, CE and Partner at Mayo Wynne Baxter and Chair of BHEP.

Our panel are:

Gavin Stewart Executive Director of BHEP and CEO of Business Improvement District (Brilliant Brighton) on the retail sector activity and thoughts on the future.

Jon Saunders, General Manager at REKOM UK and Manager at PRYZM on managing the night-time economy.

Anne Ackord, CEO The Brighton Pier Group PLC on the future of the visitor economy.

Andrew Comben, CE Brighton Dome & Festival on how the arts, culture and festivals sector are adapting.

Tim Williamson, Director of Marketing & Content, Responsible Travel on the travel sector

It is on Thursday 10 June, 3pm-4.30pm. Book you free place here
