Reset. Restart: Pitch it right, Fri 9 April, 9.30-11am
You’re rightly proud of your business – you know it has something exciting to offer, and that you’re creating real value for your customers. But how do you get the message across?
This workshop will use the Business Model Canvas planning template as a tool for shaping and defining your value propositions and key activities. It will also support you in thinking about the language and tone you use, the problems you’re solving for your customers, and how you can ensure your offer is both distinctive and persuasive.
You’ll come away with confidence in talking about your offer and refreshed ideas on how to get your vision in front of the right people at the right time.

Reset. Restart: Price with confidence, Fri 16 April, 9.30-11am
Whether you’re a multinational corporate or a sole trader, scaling an innovation or building a social enterprise, your income needs to be higher than your costs. That sounds obvious, but it isn’t always easy to achieve.
This workshop will use the Business Model Canvas planning template to help you audit your current and future revenue streams, linked to your value propositions and customer base. It will also show you how to look beneath the surface of your main business costs and help you ensure that you’re linking spend to revenue and future planning to future profit.
You’ll come away with clear processes for calculating risk and reward and an improved understanding of your cost structure and things to consider when planning.
