Brighton’s Tourism Businesses join forces to lobby for more Covid support
The Brighton & Hove Tourism Alliance have written a letter for businesses to send out to the Government to request support for tourism businesses as part of this year’s budget:
The core requests are:
1. Retain the 5% VAT Rate for 2021 and expand it to cover on-premises alcohol sales
2. Extend Business Rates Relief and Reform Business Rates
3. Extending Furlough Scheme for businesses impacted by social distancing or travel restrictions
