An opportunity to Join the Export Leaders peer network sessions in 2021

Export Leaders sessions

Whether you are a regular exporter or want to consider it as part of your growth strategy – the Export Leaders sessions are a brilliant opportunity to get support and to build and share your knowledge.

You will join a small group of people who are leading the drive for exports within their organisations and learn from and support each other. Based on the principals of Action Learning, sessions will draw on the groups’ diverse export and business expertise and experience.

Skills and topics covered will include understanding your organisation and export objectives, looking at business models and approaches and how to research and enter new markets.

What you’ll get from the programme

• Development of your export strategy

• Peer to peer action learning, dealing with real day to day challenges

• Problem solving your challenges

• Opportunity to reflect, plan and commit to an action plan

• All structured around a learning framework to improve your export skills

Your facilitator will be Pete Jenkins, an Export Champion for the Department for International Trade and winner of a BOFTA (Board of Trade Award for Export). Pete also spent 11 years as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Brighton Business School and continues to run his own successful business Gamification+, exporting gamification knowledge and skills around the world.

The launch session is on 19 January, 10.00 – 12.00. Groups will run fortnightly in Jan - March and monthly from April – June. These peer network sessions will run for six months.
