Reset. Restart - a new programme of free support
A brand new programme of free advice and support is available to help Brighton and Sussex businesses affected by the pandemic.
Starting in January and running until March, Reset. Restart is for established companies, sole traders and micro businesses and start-ups less than three years old.
Reset. Restart is designed to give you the skills you need to help you get your business back on its feet. For some this will mean helping you regain your confidence and adapt to change. For others it could mean helping you adapt to survive.
The programme includes small group workshops, 1:1 advice from a business expert and facilitated networking sessions to help you connect with other local businesses in a similar position.
There are four workshops, each focusing on a different topic. Pitch it right will help shape your communication with customers, while Price with Confidence will show you how to price competitively while remaining profitable. Your Perfect Customer will help you identify who is buying from you, who isn’t buying from you and why that is happening. Finally, Tools for the Job will help you identify the equipment, technology and expertise you need to drive your business forwards.
