VAT can play a big part in how you decide to trade internationally at the end of the transition period. From the 1st of January 2021, the UK will no longer be trading as an EU Member State and as such, will have to follow different legislation to be VAT compliant. This new initiative is led by Brighton Chamber and supported by Brighton & Hove City Council with event partner Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership. Its aim is to provide Brighton area businesses with expertise that will see them through the EU Transition and beyond.
