Reducing food waste not only saves you money, but also reduces the impact that it has on the environment. The event will help businesses to focus on prevention as the priority in reducing food waste, with any surplus being redistributed to charities or repurposed into other products. Any unavoidable waste can then go for recycling rather than disposal.
