Wrap Up Brighton and Hove 2019

Wrap Up Brighton and Hove

Please help us keep vulnerable people warm this winter by donating a coat!

This is a new initiative in the city and is based on similar campaigns that will be running in a number of towns and cities in the UK in the run up to Christmas. The campaign "Wrap Up London" has been running successfully for nine years.

Is Wrap Up Brighton & Hove a charity?

Wrap Up Brighton & Hove is not a charity in its own right, it is a campaign being run by Brighton & Hove Soiree Rotary Club ( one of our Chamber members), in partnership with American Express, Govia, the registered charity "Hands On London” and the other Rotary Clubs in the city.

The campaign is an appeal to the public, local businesses and other organisations to donate unwanted winter coats that can be distributed to needy groups in the city such as the Homeless, Rough Sleepers, Womens' Shelters and families surviving on very low incomes.

Volunteers from Rotary and American Express will be collecting coats on Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th November at the following times and locations across the City.
