WANT TO FEEL MORE CENTRED IN 2020? YOGA IN THE LANES MOVES TO MIDDLE STREET

The Yoga in The Lanes (YITL) Team is very excited to have opened its new and improved school in the centre of Middle Street, in the heart of Brighton’s iconic and historic Lanes. Situated on the site of an old church, the Team has worked tirelessly to remodel the beautiful Victorian building which is now home to a wide range of yoga and wellness facilities, all set around a tranquil and peaceful courtyard.

In the new space, the Team has been able to expand the class timetable and, alongside its popular Original Hot Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin classes, has introduced a range of different sessions including Barre-Core – a ballet inspired full body work-out and Forrest Yoga, a deeply healing practice guided by breath. The School is also now home to a suite of beauty therapy rooms soon to be offering a range of treatments including massage and a variety of holistic, therapeutic therapies.

Commenting on the move, Simon Goddard, one of the Founders of Yoga in The Lanes said: “We are extremely happy to have made the move to Middle Street and create a unique yoga and wellness centre in the heart of Brighton and serving the local community. We want to continue to help people become more centred and enjoy their own, personal yoga journeys.

“To celebrate and officially open our Middle Street school, we will be holding a festive Christmas Open Day on Saturday 7th December, starting at 12 p.m. The event will give everyone the chance to see, first-hand, a range of class demonstrations, tour the School, the Treatment Rooms and facilities, sample a variety of tasty healthy festive refreshments and hear about our membership offers and Christmas gift vouchers.”

Co-Founder, Bridgett Ane (BA) Goddard added: “The Christmas Open Day will give attendees a great, close-up opportunity to meet the Team, find out more about our exciting classes and facilities and really get a feel for the new school and what’s on offer.”

Simon added: “By practicing yoga, you are able to feel more centred, grounded both in your physical as well as emotional body simply by the regular practice of moving into and holding different postures. A clearer picture begins to evolve and makes for easier and more effective decision making. It is a simple and effective holistic methodology for helping anyone find internal serenity and a greater self-awareness. We are passionate about what we do and witness on a daily basis the positive physical and emotional changes in our members. We are open every day and look forward to welcoming all levels of practitioner, beginners, lapsed students and our regular members to our new home and continuing our yoga journey in the City.”
