Redevco has appointed Stiles Harold Williams to market five premium office suites within the Hanningtons Estate.
The offices, which vary in size and flexibility, total 7,760 sq ft and will be available from January 2019. They are located on the first and second floors of the newly created Hanningtons Lane, plus the first floor of 20a North Street. The suites are available as a whole or as individual units and quoted rents are £30 per sq ft.
The offices include 24/7 access, air conditioning, LED lighting, secure bike storage and shower facilities.
Redevco started redeveloping the 1.3 acre site, which includes the former Hanningtons department store, in February 2017. The masterplan for Hanningtons Estate also includes the creation of a new Lane, new entrance to the Lanes from North Street, residential accommodation and the reconfiguration of existing shops to provide exciting new spaces for retailers, restaurants and cafes. Work is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
